Gospel Coaching

Plant NC realizes the immense need to utilize coaching for church planters. Statistics consistently demonstrate that the hardships of church planting take a toll on the planter, his spouse, and his family. Plant NC wants to serve church planters through the tool of coaching.

Gospel Coaching emphasizes the four-fold call of the Planter to shepherd by knowing, leading, feeding, and protecting the sheep. Through “Gospel Coaching,” the planter will be challenged and coached through the "Five M's": Message, Man, Marriage, Mission and Methods. By identifying their calling, goals, steps of action, and stewardship in these areas, planters will develop a life that is more centered on the gospel.

We will be training and certifying pastors through Gospel Coach in 2011 and 2012.
